Why Prime Central and South West London?
Seen as a safe haven for both UK and international investors, this location has some of the most desirable post codes in London. As a result supply continually struggles to meet demand due to a lack of available development land and challenging planning regulations.
Prices have remained robust, despite the economic downturn, with land registry data showing prices in Prime Central and South West London up 29% (Jan 2007 to July 2011) compared with England & Wales, down 5.7% over the same period.
